Memory Presents WvtchKrvft

Wvtchkrvft is an ode to the dark, grimey, hard-hitting beats of the Boom Bap era, as well as 1970s foreign horror films. Each sample is composed of dark, soulful chord progressions blended with a tinge of rock to give them a progressive and energetic feel. The components used in each sample were carefully selected and include live guitar (1980s Hondo 781 Deluxe Series), live bass, vintage synths, and a variety of other organic instruments. Each sample has been heavily processed with outboard gear and a variety of software to give them a nostalgic, vintage feel.
